Privacy & your trip

The planner works without an account. Traveler counts and budget inputs are used in your browser; we do not store budget amounts or collect traveler names, email addresses, payment details, or precise location. Planner links may carry party size and trip length within this site.

We record page views, planner and calculator starts/completions, and outbound provider clicks. Events may include an anonymous session identifier, page path, destination, offer, provider, timestamp, referring hostname, and abbreviated campaign tags. We remove URL query strings from stored page paths and do not store raw IP addresses or full referring URLs in our analytics database.

A random session identifier and campaign attribution are stored in sessionStorage for the current tab. We respect your browser’s Do Not Track signal for our analytics. Hosting and booking providers may process network logs under their own policies.

Reports are visible only to the owner. Event records are retained for up to 90 days; commission records may be retained for accounting. Provider websites have their own privacy and cookie practices after you leave this site.

To stop our session analytics, enable Do Not Track. Closing the tab clears the session identifier. Travelpayouts Drive runs on public pages to recommend travel offers and track affiliate referrals. Its third-party script may process page URLs, browsing interactions, device and network information, and use cookies or similar technologies under Travelpayouts privacy and cookie policies (travelpayouts.com/privacy). Drive is not loaded on the owner dashboard or when Do Not Track is enabled. Selected guide pages display official Viator widgets, which load third-party photographs and booking options and may process device, network, and browsing information or use cookies under Viator’s privacy policy (viator.com/support/privacyPolicy). When Do Not Track is enabled, widgets load only after you choose the load button; direct provider links remain available.
